Well I solved this problem with an old fashion method - to expand my brain I use a small book, "my second clever brain"where I write all my passwords. Guess I´m dead when I forget where this book is! Then again if you can't access the blog what does it matter? For those newbs out there who want something other than 'Admin' for a login, ask your host to install wordpress for you.
